the easiest way to stock piccola cards internationally is to order through faire!
this will ensure proper customs, shipping, etc.
Packaging for Piccola Products
Cards: include clear, compostable sleeves to help protect the cards.
Packs of Cards: packaged in recyclable kraft window box.
Gift Tags: include clear, compostable sleeves to help protect the tags.
Tea Towels: include a Kraft paper belly band.
Stickers: loose.
Wholesale Terms of Use
the below information applies to purchases made by wholesale vendors. this includes orders with a separate invoice, etc.
purchases. piccola arte processes purchases off of the site. piccola arte takes no responsibility for the accuracy of the information you provide (including shipping information).
wholesale vendors subject to individualized payment terms, etc. upon signing a master supply agreement (“msa”). please contact us at info@piccolaarteworks.com for an msa. all wholesale purchases must be for retailers selling to end users.
shipping. piccola arte ships from new york. typically, processing time is 8-10 business days for wholesale orders. custom items are subject to 15-20 business days for processing, unless otherwise specified. piccola arte is not responsible for delays due to customs or circumstances outside our control. you are responsible for all shipping costs. you are also responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply.
returns. piccola arte does not accept returns for wholesale orders.
damaged items. if your order arrives defective or damaged, please contact piccola arte by email at info@piccolaarteworks.com within 14 days of delivery with photo evidence of such damage.
if piccola arte determines that the defects or damages are not within piccola arte's control, you are responsible for contacting the shipping carrier and filing a damages claim with them. piccola arte will replace your damaged items upon receipt of new purchase order for damaged items.
cancellations. piccola arte does not accept cancellations of orders, but please contact us by email at info@piccolaarteworks.com if you have any problems with your order.
