What is the return policy?

we gladly accept returns for orders that are unused & undamaged.

please contact piccola arte by email at info@piccolaarteworks.com within 14 days of delivery and include the order number and description of the item to return. next ship the item back to piccola arte at return address on shipping label within 30 days of delivery.

buyer is responsible for return shipping costs.

any order returned to the wrong address will incur a rerouting fee subtracted from the refund.

if the item is not returned in its original condition, buyer is responsible for any loss in value.

once piccola arte receives the returned item(s), piccola arte will credit your original method of payment excluding non-refundable shipping costs as soon as possible. piccola arte does not accept returns for custom or personalized orders.
